US declares war on the new Coronavirus, as President Trump pressed the pharma industry to “accelerate the development” of vaccines and therapies

CDC is responding to an outbreak of respiratory illness caused by a new coronavirus. The outbreak first started in Wuhan, China, but cases have been identified in a growing number of other locations internationally, including the United States.

President Trump pressed the pharmaceutical industry to “accelerate the development” of vaccines and therapies to contain the outbreak of the coronavirus and hinted at further travel restrictions to keep people already infected out of the United States.

A human clinical trial of a potential vaccine for the new coronavirus will begin on March 16th. The trial, which will test the effects of an experimental vaccine shot developed by the National Institutes of Health and drugmaker Moderna, won’t make use of either an active or inactive sample of the virus.

Other then this, Mr. Trump confirmed that he was considering further limits on travel “from certain countries where they’re having more of a breakout.” The administration has already imposed limits.

Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others.

Take care of your health and protect others by doing the following:

  1. Stay as Safe as Possible

  2. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  4. Stay home when you are sick.

  5. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  6. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.

Follow CDC’s recommendations for using a face mask

CDC does not recommend that people who are well wear a face mask to protect themselves from respiratory diseases, including COVID-19. Facemasks should be used by people who show symptoms of COVID-19 to help prevent the spread of the disease to  others. The use of face masks is also crucial for health workers and people who are taking care of someone in close settings.

Use Multivitamins to boost your immune system! Add plenty of water to the mix

Vitamins themselves do not give the body energy. However, companies such as B-nergetics and several world famous practitioners recommend the use of multivitamins to boost your immune system. They are chemical compounds which aid in important metabolic processes. There are many vitamins inside the food we eat, but the typical Western diet does not account for the amounts we really should be taking.
