The company has a Rollup of advertising and marketing agencies with annual revenues of $32 million.
The companies are based in California and New York and handle digital marketing and traditional advertising. Tens of billions are spent each year on online advertising with local businesses leading the way and heavily using Facebook, Google, and Youtube.
RSA Group was founded in 2004 by Robert Smith. The company has bought and sold companies in food/beverage and technology sector.
The owners are selling into the most frenzied market for digital and online marketing assets in recent memory.
